La Restinga
This hike is 9 kilometres long and runs through El Lajial (‘recent’ lava in geological terms) affording views of the volcanic wonders of the island. Not much sahde on this path so, depending upon the time of the year, we recommend starting off at the top of the morning or at dusk and finishing up with a refreshing dip on the black volcanic sand beach at La Restinga.
