The descent is via a spectacular volcanic cone down a red gravel path. The coatline of volcanic basalt is extraordinarily beautiful and offers a series of natural arches formed by the waves beating against the rocks, forming types of geysers. The bathing area is a small cove that has been fitted out with a solarium. The water is crystal clear and the sea is calm. The Charco Manso is one of the most bewitching places on the island.
